Tony is a tertiary qualified Human Resources professional with over 25 years' experience as both a line HR manager and as an external consultant.
Having learned his 'trade' within the Coles Group, Tony joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a management consultant working within the Global HR Solutions division. He worked with various products including: HR consulting, HR systems, volume recruitment and assessment centres, HR strategy and executive search & selection.
Since 2002 he has worked as a principal with Free Agent Focus, a boutique generalist HR consulting firm. Free Agent Focus provides outsourced generalist and specialist Human Resources services to small to medium organisations. Working with organisational leaders to develop and integrate people strategies, HR models and procedures to align a workforce behind the vision, mission and strategy.
